Info..useless or not..

This is the page where my thoughts, opinions, interests and whatever else comes together into one finely organized 'pile of uselessness'...

Next planned Las Vegas vacation is tentatively scheduled for a full week in July 2010.  We hope to stay at the Paris 5 days and 2 days somewhere else, maybe downtown.

There is more to do in Vegas than just gambling.  I have been there 7 times since 1998.  My wife and I were married there.  We enjoy going, not only for the gambling, but the atmosphere, attractions and the people.

I enjoy all the walking, but it's something my wife could do without. The Duece is the double-decker bus that runs up and down the Strip all day long.  A great value $5 for a 24 hour period, but it might make several stops before you actually get to your destination.

Talledega was as boring as everyone says it was.  Unfortunaly the #14 got caught up in the so called "accordian" contact that flipped Newman over and over...from what I could see, it was Marcos Ambrose who caused it...maybe his inexperience in racing at 'Dega and restrictor plate racing had something to do with it.

2 years in a row...I won my baseball fantasy league for the second year in a row... this league has been around since the late 80's early '90's...I have been a member since 1993.
